A French-Cajun phrase that embodies our mission and philosophy. Sauvage will always strive to embody the phrase: “let the good times roll!” We truly believe life is a gift, and always make our priority to appreciate and enjoy the small things in life!

Let us present to the Front Range of Colorado, from the swamps of Louisana, the spirit of Sauvage!

Sauvage is the passion project of Chef Forest Ragar. Starting as primarily plant-based and recently shifting towards including more local, quality animal products, Sauvage has something for everyone at the table!

Drawing on local Colorado-grown, (partnered with Miller Farms) fresh ingredients, we changing the game from what folks would normally find in a traditional food truck! A Louisiana-native, with a passion for developing new flavors, and serving the community, we know how to enjoy what we do in the kitchen, using the best ingredients and rotating the menu regularly!

It is with the wilderness, the raw, spirit of nature, in which we seek to reconnect and to commune. It is rigid, relentless at times, but this is also source, this is creation. In this balance, is from where our art comes, where our freedom lies, and where our soul can be traced. Let us share the flavors of the wild with you!
